IONOS Reports Record Profitability in 2025 Fiscal Year
IONOS Group SE concluded 2025 with record profitability and significant customer growth. The customer base expanded by 310,000, reaching 6.63 million. Revenue rose by 5.5% to €1,316.9 million. Excluding currency effects, growth was at 6.1%.
The adjusted EBITDA increased by 18.5% to €485.2 million, resulting in a margin improvement from 32.8% to 36.8%. These figures were partly achieved through strategic refocusing and the potential sale of Sedo GmbH, marking a shift towards "Web Presence & Productivity" and "Cloud Solutions".
The outlook for 2026 forecasts continued robust growth with a targeted revenue increase of about 7%. The adjusted EBITDA is projected to rise to approximately €530 million, driven by ongoing customer growth and new AI features within IONOS Momentum.
