IONOS Reports Strong Growth in Q1 2025 and Updates Annual Outlook

IONOS Group SE has reported substantial growth in the first quarter of 2025. The company's customer base increased by 80,000, reaching 6.40 million. Revenue surged by 19.7% to €446.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose by 23.8% to €131.0 million, compared to the first quarter of 2024.

The Digital Solutions & Cloud segment, a core business area, saw a 7.3% revenue increase to €329.6 million. The segment's adjusted EBITDA grew by 20.9%, indicating robust performance driven by high demand for secure cloud infrastructures. Meanwhile, the AdTech segment's revenue shot up by 77.7%, supported by product changes.

IONOS has updated its 2025 outlook, forecasting an adjusted EBITDA of €520 million, benefiting from strong AdTech growth and cost discipline. The anticipated AdTech revenue now stands at €400 million, revised upward due to favorable early-year performance.
