Ipsos Monthly Publication: Stocks and Voting Rights in May 2026
On June 26, 2026, Ipsos published its monthly statement concerning the number of shares comprising its capital and the total voting rights for May 2026. This publication is part of the transparency obligations stipulated by Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of May 31, 2026, Ipsos' share capital consisted of 43,203,225 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 49,621,287, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 48,667,451. These figures take into account shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
