Monthly Disclosure of Ipsos Shares and Voting Rights - October 2025
On November 27, 2025, Ipsos released their monthly report detailing the total number of shares and voting rights for October 2025. The report complies with Articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation of the AMF.
As of October 31, 2025, Ipsos reported a total of 43,203,225 shares. The total theoretical voting rights amounted to 48,977,829. However, the exercisable voting rights were slightly lower, at 48,924,307. The theoretical voting rights include shares whose voting rights have been suspended.
This discrepancy between theoretical and exercisable voting rights is due to the exclusion of shares with suspended voting rights. Detailed information is available in the Regulated Information section on the Ipsos website.
