Irish Residential Properties REIT AGM Resolutions Approved

On 15 May 2025, Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (I-RES) announced the successful outcome of its Annual General Meeting held at The Herbert Park Hotel in Dublin. All proposed resolutions were approved by the shareholders.

Key resolutions included the re-election of several board members. Notably, Eddie Byrne was re-elected with a 99.30% approval rate, while Stefanie Frensch and Tom Kavanagh received 99.41% approval. Hugh Scott-Barrett and Richard Nesbitt faced more opposition, passing with over 94% support.

Other resolutions involved financial statements, auditor appointments, and the authorization of general meetings. The resolution to consider the financial statement received unanimous approval, while the appointment of KPMG as auditors was passed with a 94.87% approval rate.
