Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Share Buy-Back

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc has announced the purchase of 741,316 of its own ordinary shares. These transactions occurred between March 24 and March 28, 2025, involving shares with a nominal value of €0.10 each. The purchases were executed via the company's broker, J&E Davy, with share prices ranging from €0.9400 to €0.9506.

This buy-back forms a part of the company's existing programme, as disclosed on March 20, 2025. All acquired shares are set for cancellation. Weekly announcements will provide updates on ongoing purchases. This initiative complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
