Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Share Buyback

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc has disclosed the purchase and cancellation of 350,988 ordinary shares from 20 to 21 March 2025. The shares, with a nominal value of €0.10 each, were acquired through J&E Davy. On 20 March, 176,003 shares were bought at an average price of €0.9261, and on 21 March, 174,985 shares at €0.9554.

This transaction is part of the company's existing share buyback programme, which was unveiled on 20 March 2025. The purpose of these buybacks is to cancel the shares, enhancing the value for existing shareholders by reducing the total share count. Updates on the programme are to be announced weekly. This move aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
