Irish Residential Properties REIT Directors Receive Share Awards
Irish Residential Properties REIT plc has disclosed new share awards to its top executives, Eddie Byrne and Mari Hurley. Eddie Byrne, CEO, received a conditional award of 67,573 ordinary shares. This award is an additional 15% of his base salary, raising his total award to 150% of his salary in 2026. The shares are part of the company's 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan and are contingent on meeting performance metrics by the end of 2028.
Mari Hurley, CFO, was awarded 299,260 ordinary shares, equating to 100% of her base salary. These awards align with both contractual commitments and company remuneration policies. Both awards, valued at €1.086 per share, were finalized on October 5, 2026.
The transactions, conducted outside of trading venues, adhere to the Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
