Audius SE Annual General Meeting Approves Dividend and Board Changes
On June 25, 2025, audius SE conducted its annual general meeting at Waiblingen Civic Center. The assembly focused on the company's promising trajectory, highlighting its aim to surpass €115 million in operating performance next year. The recent acquisition of Ergonomics AG and future acquisition strategies were also addressed.
Shareholders approved all agenda items, including a dividend of 20 cents per share, consistent with the company's policy of disbursing half of the annual net income.
