David Konckier, towards a possible acquisition of the Marionnaud group

David Konckier, the main shareholder of the Bogart group, has announced that he has personally initiated an exclusive information and consultation process regarding the potential acquisition of the Marionnaud group. Marionnaud is a major player in the selective distribution of perfumes in Europe, with a significant presence in several countries, including France, Italy, and Switzerland, where it operates more than 700 stores.

Marionnaud is currently owned by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited, a well-established conglomerate listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This announcement coincides with the Konckier family's confirmation of the acquisition of Stadtparfumerie Pieper, a German company, finalized on July 1, 2026. Bogart anticipates significant growth from these strategic developments.
