JACQUES BOGART: Information on voting rights – August 2026

JACQUES BOGART has published its monthly statement on voting rights, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF regulations. The data as of August 31, 2026, shows that the share capital consists of 15,693,021 shares.

The total number of theoretical voting rights is 29,554,426, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 28,475,557. Changes compared to the previous two months show a slight increase in the number of theoretical voting rights. This is mainly due to shares held in registered form for more than two years, which carry double voting rights.
