JACQUES BOGART: Update of voting rights and shares
On June 9, 2026, Jacques Bogart published an update on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. In accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) General Regulations, the company detailed the figures for the period between February and May 2026. JBOG's share capital consists of 15,693,021 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights remained stable at 29,553,810 in February and March, and increased slightly to 29,553,910 in April and May.
The number of exercisable voting rights has also been specified, increasing from 28,480,441 in February and March to 28,480,541 for April and May. These figures include treasury shares and those with double voting rights. Detailed information is available on the Bogart Group website.
