Jaguar Mining Initiates Underground Drilling at Turmalina Mine

Jaguar Mining Inc. has launched a new underground diamond drilling campaign at its Turmalina mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The initiative aims to explore the depth extension of the Faina orebody and an untapped upper-level extension of orebody A, known as the A/SE2 lens. A dedicated 80-meter underground drift is being developed to access the SE2 target, expected to be ready by early October 2026.

Seven drillholes, totaling 2024 meters, have already tested the Faina orebody to a depth of 640 meters. Jaguar plans to conduct 20 additional drillholes, totaling approximately 2,380 meters, across a 50m x 50m grid. The campaign seeks to expand known mineralization within the current mine infrastructure, offering potentially significant growth opportunities.
