JCDecaux announces its monthly statement of shares and voting rights
JCDecaux SE, a European company specializing in outdoor advertising, has published its monthly statement of shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2026. In accordance with applicable regulations, the information is aligned with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.
As of that date, JCDecaux's share capital amounted to €3,264,372.84, divided into 214,128,663 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights was also 214,128,663, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 212,810,442. These figures include shares without voting rights.
