Jericho Energy Ventures and M2 Join Forces for AI Data Center Expansion

Jericho Energy Ventures Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with M2 Development Solutions to enhance their AI data center capabilities across the United States. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding, marks a significant expansion of Jericho’s reach beyond Oklahoma, incorporating M2's sites in Ohio and Nevada.

The initiative focuses on two initial sites: a 400-acre location in Ohio and a 3,700-acre site in Nevada. These sites boast access to various power sources including natural gas, geothermal, and solar, supporting Jericho's aim to build scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure for AI workloads.

Jericho's CEO, Brian Williamson, highlights the partnership as a transformative step, emphasizing the leadership of M2’s Col. (Ret.) Mark Schonberg and Mark Vogel in accelerating the deployment of high-performance digital infrastructure to meet growing AI demands.
