Jericho Energy Ventures Secures $1.5 Million Investment from Comstock
Jericho Energy Ventures Inc. has announced the completion of a $1.5 million strategic investment from Comstock Holding Companies. This financing included 25,684,932 units priced at CAD$0.08 each, comprising one variable voting share and half a warrant per unit. These securities are subject to a holding period until June 2026, pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Comstock's CEO, Chris Clemente, is set to join Jericho's board following this approval.
The investment aims to accelerate the development of Jericho's AI data center campus in Oklahoma. A strategic joint venture between Jericho and Comstock aims to acquire and develop land integrating Jericho's energy assets, supporting large-scale AI data centers. Comstock plans to contribute $6 million to this venture.
