Peter Möhrle Holding Prices JOST Werke SE Share Placement at EUR 48.50

Peter Möhrle Holding has successfully priced its private placement of 1.5 million shares in JOST Werke SE at EUR 48.50 per share. This transaction, executed through Vierunddreißigste PMB Management GmbH, results in a total placement volume of approximately EUR 73 million, marking a complete exit for the selling shareholder.

JOST Werke SE was not involved in the placement and will not benefit financially from it. Berenberg and UniCredit coordinated and managed the bookbuilding process for this placement.
