This event reimagines Austrian cuisine, infusing it with coffee and tea rituals. Eight guests enjoyed a multi-course menu curated to highlight the role of beverages as connectors.
Led by Elena and Peter of KUBUS, the menu offered dishes like Buchteln with tea-infused vanilla sauce and flambéed pancakes with coffee caramel. Celebrating the rise of brunch clubs post-pandemic, the event emphasized high-end culinary experiences in intimate settings.
