Justera Health Announces Change in Auditor

Justera Health Ltd., a company listed on CSE and OTC markets, has switched its auditors from SHIM & Associates LLP to Horizon Assurance LLP, effective August 7, 2025. This decision followed the resignation of the previous auditor on June 2, 2025. The company's board approved the new auditor's appointment, which will last until the next Annual General Meeting.
