Kaleon S.P.A. Chairman Vitaliano Borromeo Passes Away
Kaleon S.P.A. has announced the passing of Chairman Vitaliano Borromeo Arese. An entrepreneur with significant experience in industrial, real estate, and financial sectors, Borromeo had been integral to Kaleon since 2011. He was particularly noted for his commitment to preserving the heritage of Lake Maggiore and for leading the development of Terre Borromeo's activities. Under his leadership, Kaleon successfully listed on the Milan and Paris stock exchanges in December 2025.
The Board of Directors, management, and employees of Kaleon express their condolences to Borromeo's family. The funeral service will take place on 20 October at the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio in Milan. The Board will soon convene to discuss forthcoming steps for the company.
