KALEON SPA Offers a New Free Share Distribution Plan from 2026 to 2028
The Board of Directors of Kaleon SpA has approved a free share distribution plan for 2026-2028. This plan aims to incentivize key executive directors, employees, and consultants linked to the company's performance. Recipients may receive up to 706,250 ordinary shares, subject to achieving specific targets for EBITDA growth and tourism site management.
Each tranche of shares granted will be distributed over three years. The plan is subject to approval by the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for July 2026. In parallel, Kaleon is adopting Model 231 for organizational development to improve its governance and has appointed Ms. Giuseppina Cimmarusti as Supervisory Authority. This regulatory framework aims to strengthen the company's compliance and transparency.
