Kalo Gold Corp. Initiates Strategic Investor Relations Agreements

Kalo Gold Corp. has announced the signing of investor relations and marketing agreements with three companies: Fairfax Partners Inc., GOLDINVEST Consulting GmbH, and NAI Interactive Ltd. These alliances aim to enhance Kalo's shareholder communication and market visibility.

The arrangement with Fairfax Partners, starting April 8, 2026, involves investor relations management and digital marketing services for a monthly fee and a marketing budget over a 12-month period. GOLDINVEST, based in Germany, will focus on boosting Kalo's presence in the German-speaking market. Simultaneously, NAI Interactive will target Chinese-language markets by translating and distributing promotional materials.

All agreements are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Kalo hopes these initiatives will expand its investor awareness and outreach efforts globally.
