Kalo Gold Secures Strategic Investment from Crescat Capital
Kalo Gold Corp. has announced a significant investment from Crescat Capital LLC, which subscribed for 10 million units of Kalo Gold at $0.05 per unit, totaling $500,000. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, allowing additional share purchases at $0.08 within 24 months. The investment awaits TSXV approval.
The companies extended their Strategic Shareholder Agreement. This ongoing partnership allows Crescat to engage with Kalo's management and provide insights through geologist Dr. Quinton Hennigh, aiding the development of the Vatu Aurum Project. Crescat retains participation rights in future financings to maintain its ownership.
Kalo Gold plans to use the investment for diamond drilling in Fiji, geological mapping, and exploration, alongside general working capital and marketing.
