KALRAY: 2025 Half-Year Review and Financial Outlook
Kalray, a company specializing in data processing solutions, announced revenue of €7.5 million for the first half of 2025, compared to €10.6 million for the same period last year. This decline is due to the sale of its Data Acceleration Platform division to DataCore Software. The company is refocusing on its semiconductor business, which is experiencing strong growth.
Profitability is expected to improve in 2025, with positive EBITDA in the first half of the year. Kalray has signed a second phase of its agreement with Openchip, focusing on AI. The liquidity horizon has been extended to June 30, 2026. The 2024 annual financial report has been published, allowing for a request for re-listing.
