Kalray announces its voting rights and shares as of May 29, 2026
On June 3, 2026, Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors, published the total number of shares and voting rights in its capital as of May 29, 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, holds 15,412,938 theoretical shares and voting rights, as well as 15,402,615 actual voting rights.
The differences between theoretical and actual voting rights are due to shares without voting rights, primarily treasury shares. As of May 29, Kalray held 10,323 treasury shares. The company stated that no clause in its articles of association imposes a threshold crossing reporting obligation beyond the legal thresholds.
