Kalray: Declaration of Voting Rights and Shares in 2025
On February 4, 2025, Kalray, a pioneer in intelligent processors based in Grenoble, announced the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its capital. This publication is made in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code.
As of January 31, 2025, Kalray had 10,775,595 shares, granting as many theoretical voting rights. The actual voting rights amount to 10,742,857. This difference results mainly from treasury shares, which amount to 32,738.
No new shares were issued in January 2025, following the bond issue of July 2024. Furthermore, Kalray's articles of association do not contain a clause for additional declarations of threshold crossing.
