Kalray: Delay in Publication of 2024 Turnover
On January 29, 2025, Kalray announced that discussions regarding the sale of its “Data Acceleration Platform” business unit were continuing. These discussions are progressing well, and a signing could be concluded soon. As a result, Kalray has decided to postpone the publication of its annual turnover, initially scheduled for January 30, 2025, to a few days later to provide an updated view to investors.
Kalray, a major player in the field of Cloud to Edge data processing technologies, is seeking to optimize its portfolio through this sale. This transaction will allow the company to refocus its resources and strengthen its core activities. Investors will be attentive to future developments regarding this agreement.
