Kalray: Status of Voting Rights and Shares

On July 8, 2025, Kalray, an innovative company in the smart processor sector, announced the total number of voting rights and shares in its capital. As of June 30, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 12,026,309. The total number of theoretical voting rights remains the same, while the actual number of voting rights is 11,983,690, excluding shares deprived of voting rights.

Kalray specifies that no new shares were issued in June 2025 as part of its bond issue of July 11, 2024. The number of treasury shares as of the same date is 42,619. The company has not included a statutory clause for a declaration of threshold crossing other than the legal one.
