Kalray trading suspended due to publication delay
On June 16, 2025, Kalray announced the temporary suspension of the listing of its shares on Euronext, due to the non-publication of the annual financial report for the year ending December 31, 2024. The report will be published after certification of the accounts by the statutory auditors, subject to the signing of a contract with Open Chip, scheduled for early July.
The trading suspension will take effect on June 17, 2025. Kalray will announce the resumption date at a later date. This postponement follows the strategic agreement announced on May 22, 2025.
A warning states that Kalray faces financial uncertainties, with a funding horizon limited to August 31, 2025.
