Kardex AG Financials for 2025: A Year of Growth Amidst Volatility

Kardex Holding AG reported a strong financial performance in 2025, with bookings seeing a substantial increase of 24.1%, reaching nearly EUR 981.6 million. Net revenues rose by 7.5% to EUR 850.4 million, largely driven by the Standardized Systems segment. Notably, EBIT surpassed EUR 100 million for the first time, marking a 2.8% increase despite significant investments in the firm.

The acquisition of Rocket Solution boosted Kardex's lightgoods solution portfolio, reflecting the company's strategic expansion efforts. While European demand exceeded expectations, the US market underperformed, and Asia remained stable.

However, Kardex faced challenges. The acquisition led to a significant one-time non-cash financial impact, diminishing net profit to EUR 41.8 million from EUR 80.8 million. Despite this, Kardex remains optimistic about future growth opportunities, driven by reshoring and automation trends in the intralogistics industry.
