Kardex Expands Partnership with Rocket Solution

On December 1, 2025, Kardex Holding AG announced the acquisition of a controlling majority stake in Rocket Solution GmbH. This strategic move aims to deepen their partnership and expand Kardex's Standardized Systems segment. Rocket Solution, known for its state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval systems, will now operate as Kardex's third Business Unit alongside Kardex Mlog and Kardex AS Solutions.

With this acquisition, Kardex solidifies its presence in the lightgoods market, leveraging Rocket Solution's technology. The latter, based in Wächtersbach, Germany, will retain its brand identity and continue to work with independent system integrators.

Rocket Solution has successfully executed pilot projects with major companies such as BMW and Porsche. Kardex aims to integrate this expertise to enhance its portfolio and offer improved solutions in the growing intralogistics field.
