Katjes International Reports 55% Revenue Growth in First Half of 2026

Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG has announced a significant growth in revenue of approximately 55% for the first half of 2026, reaching EUR 256.0 million. The company’s EBITDA also increased by around 14% to EUR 15.8 million. These results affirm the ongoing expansion strategy, with notable acquisitions such as Nature Delivered Ltd. and stakes in Missoni, enhancing their portfolio.

The acquisition of Graze, a renowned UK healthy snacking brand, has been pivotal, as it includes the London-based production facility. Similarly, Katjes Quiet Luxury, a segment established in 2025, expanded by acquiring a substantial interest in the Bogner Group and a minority stake in the Italian luxury brand Missoni.

With these strategic advancements, Katjes International expects promising financial results for the remainder of 2026. As of June 30, 2026, the Group's equity stands at EUR 255.1 million with an equity ratio of 30%, supporting optimism about achieving the targeted EUR 650 million in revenue for the full year.
