Katjes International Surpasses 2024 Earnings Expectations

Katjes International reported a strong financial performance for 2024, surpassing its earnings guidance. The group revenue rose by 4% to EUR 392.6 million, compared to EUR 377.4 million in the previous year. Operating profit (EBITDA) exhibited a significant increase of 10%, reaching EUR 44.8 million, with an EBITDA margin of 11%, exceeding the anticipated 10%.

In a strategic move, Katjes International formed a joint venture with musician Shirin David, aiming to introduce a novel body care line, "Shirin Beauty," in 2025. The company also expanded its stake in Candy Kittens to about 88% and acquired the body care brand "Barnängen."

For 2025, the company forecasts a group revenue of at least EUR 400 million and an EBITDA margin between 9% and 10%.
