Kaufman & Broad H1 2026 Results

Kaufman & Broad has released its results forecast for the first half of 2026. Housing reservations increased by 0.5% in volume despite a 6.9% decrease in value. Total revenue reached €500.9 million, with a strong contribution from the residential sector, and a stable gross margin of 20.9% compared to last year. Reservations totaled €522.8 million for 2,622 units, even though the market was down 23%.

With a total backlog of €2,294.9 million and net cash of €242.6 million, the company demonstrates strong financial position. Kaufman & Broad has also consolidated its land portfolio with 32,600 lots, highlighting its resilience in an uncertain economic environment. The company remains focused on developing new projects while maintaining its financial targets for the year.
