Kaufman & Broad announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 27, 2026. This document is available free of charge upon request and can be consulted on the company's and the AMF's websites.
The document includes the annual financial report, the management report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance report, the sustainability report, the resolutions for the Combined General Meeting of May 5, 2026, as well as the fees of the auditors.
The next publications will include the results for the first quarter of 2026 on April 15, followed by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 5.
