Kaufman & Broad Reports Stable First Half 2026 Results

Kaufman & Broad SA unveiled its first half 2026 results, noting a stable financial performance. While total orders increased slightly by 0.5% in volume, their value decreased by 6.9% due to changes in the product mix. Despite this, the company upheld a robust net cash position of €242.6 million.

The group's revenue reached €500.9 million, with the housing segment contributing €368.5 million, marking a 9.2% decline from the previous year. Despite the challenging market, Kaufman & Broad maintained an 8% EBIT margin.

The housing backlog grew to €2,004.1 million, reflecting nearly 29 months of activity, while the land portfolio held at 32,600 units. The company's financial structure, bolstered by substantial cash reserves and a €200 million unused credit line, remains sound.

Looking ahead, Kaufman & Broad stays cautious amidst economic uncertainties, expecting revenues similar to 2025, with sustained net cash levels after dividend payments.
