The KBC Group rewards its employees after an exceptional year.
The KBC Group has announced an exceptional bonus for all its employees working in key banking and insurance sectors. This decision follows the excellent results achieved in 2025. KBC has strengthened its reputation as a digital and innovative financial institution, with international accolades for its KBC Mobile banking app – with Kate being voted the best in the world.
In 2025, the group claims to have achieved remarkable performance despite a challenging economic environment. KBC CEO Johan Thijs emphasizes the crucial role of its 40,000 employees in this success, thanking them for their commitment and dynamism. The bonus, totaling €25 million, is, however, subject to shareholder approval in May.
