Kering publishes monthly capital data

Kering, a giant in the luxury goods industry, has published its share capital figures for February 2026. As of February 15, the company's share capital consisted of 123,420,778 shares. This represents a total capital of €493,683,112.

The group also disclosed the total number of voting rights. Theoretical voting rights amount to 176,675,117, while exercisable voting rights are slightly lower at 175,874,690. This difference is due to shares temporarily deprived of voting rights, often related to treasury shares.

This information meets the requirements of Articles L. 233-8 of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, thus guaranteeing transparency towards shareholders and regulators.
