Keyrus separates its Life Sciences CRO activities to Astek
Levallois-Perret, April 16, 2025 - The Keyrus Group announces exclusive negotiations to sell its Life Sciences CRO sector to the Astek Group. Keyrus, which specializes in technology and artificial intelligence consulting, says it intends to refocus its efforts on its core business: data, AI, and digital.
The sale of the CRO business, present in France, Belgium, Canada, and the United States, is part of Keyrus's concentration strategy. Group President Eric Cohen emphasizes that this well-established subsidiary will support Astek's consolidation strategy in the sector.
