Keyrus strengthens its presence in Europe with the acquisition of Upquest

On July 3, 2025, French company Keyrus finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in Upquest, a Belgian company specializing in management consulting. This strategic transaction aims to strengthen Keyrus' capabilities in business and technology transformation services, particularly in the financial services sector in Belgium and Europe.

Founded in Belgium, Upquest is recognized for its expertise in strategic deployment and technology integration, particularly with banks and insurance companies. The merger with Keyrus Management creates a new entity of 40 experts, positioned to support companies in their digital transformations using artificial intelligence.

This acquisition allows Keyrus to strengthen its Belgian presence, expand its European network and better respond to the challenges posed by the rapid evolution of the financial sector and digital technologies.
