Completion of Independent Engineers Report by EcoGraf
EcoGraf Limited has announced the completion of the Independent Engineers’ Report (IER) for the Epanko graphite project. This report is essential to secure debt financing needed for the project's development. Conducted by the lenders' Independent Technical Consultant, the IER follows a thorough technical due diligence process that began in 2024.
The report marks a significant milestone, complementing prior assessments including the Resettlement Action Plan and environmental studies. These initiatives align with international standards such as the IFC Performance Standards and World Bank guidelines.
EcoGraf has tasked KfW IPEX-Bank to arrange a secured loan of up to US$105 million under the German Untied Loan Guarantee scheme. An updated Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) is expected in February 2026.
