KLARSEN: 2024 financial performance with regard to acquisitions

Data marketing company Klarsen has presented its annual results for 2024. Revenue totaled €6.15 million, representing a 26% increase compared to 2023 excluding the full ITL/DAFI impact. However, revenue decreased by 8% on a comparable basis due to a sharp decline in activity in the second half of the year. This situation led to a contraction in gross margin to 37.2%.

The performance also impacted EBE, which was slightly negative at -€35,000, compared to +€398,000 in 2023. Net income showed a loss of €45,000. On the financial side, cash flow stood at €0.11 million and a significant reduction in financial debt compared to the previous year.

For 2025, Klarsen aims to return to 2023 activity levels, while continuing its strategy of synergistic acquisitions.
