End of the liquidity contract between Klea Holding and TP ICAP Europe

Klea Holding, listed on Euronext Growth, announced the termination of its liquidity agreement with TP ICAP Europe. This agreement, in accordance with the Amafi charter, will expire on May 20, 2024. Initially entered into on February 19, 2024, it complied with the decision of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) No. 2018-01. The objective was to ensure the liquidity of equity securities.

As of May 19, 2024, the liquidity account held 454,987 Klea Holding shares and €54,692.39 in cash. At its launch, it stood at 287,791 shares and €75,000 in cash. After the contract ends, the shares and cash will be reincorporated into Klea Holding's assets.
