Klea Holding buys back and cancels the last BSA PARK
On September 25, 2025, Klea Holding completed the repurchase of the 22,831,050 PARK BSAs for €1,278,539, thus eliminating any risk of future dilution. The purchase price was €0.056 per BSA, lower than the implied value of €0.085, generating immediate value creation for shareholders.
Payments will be made over 24 months without interest, allowing Klea Holding to focus its available cash, amounting to €3.2 million as of June 30, 2025, on the needs of Smart Salem in Dubai and Smart Health in Saudi Arabia.
CEO Raphael Smila expressed his ambition to maximize shareholder value and thanked Park Partners for its collaboration in this transaction.
