Klea Holding invests in the Lumena Alta real estate project in Dubai

Klea Holding announces its first real estate investment in Dubai, acquiring offices within Lumena Alta, a project developed by Omniyat. Located in Business Bay, the tower reaches 380 meters, combining Grade A offices, a 5-star Sky Hotel, restaurants, and wellness facilities. Certified as an exemplary standard, it embodies technology and sustainability.

The acquired 415 m² space marks Klea Holding's strategic expansion in the Gulf region through a dedicated subsidiary. Building on its experience with Smart Salem and supported by its financial strength, the company can self-finance this project with MAED 28.1 million (€6.6 million), with the possibility of refinancing.

Final signing is expected in early 2026, with payments spread out until delivery in 2030. Klea Holding hopes to capture the growing demand for premium office space in Dubai.
