Klea Holding Repurchases PARK Warrants to Limit Dilution

Klea Holding has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 20,000,652 PARK warrants worth €462,885. This move aligns with the group's strategy to limit shareholder dilution. The warrants were repurchased in two tranches, with Tranche 3 comprising 16,233,767 warrants for €162,337, and Tranche 5 comprising 3,756,885 warrants for €300,548.

This strategy reflects Klea Holding's commitment to capital stability and avoiding the increase of outstanding shares. The company is also focused on progressively reducing its debt, aiming for zero debt by the end of 2026, and pledged to repay all Smart Salem debt by September 2025.

Klea Holding ensures that these financial maneuvers will not influence the 2025 financial results. The group maintains sufficient cash reserves to fund its operations and growth projects.
