Update of voting rights and shares of Klea Holding

Klea Holding, listed on Euronext Growth, has published details on the number of voting rights and the number of shares in its share capital. As of April 30, 2025, the group had a total of 307,514,314 shares. The theoretical voting rights attached to these shares amount to 307,798,496, while the exercisable voting rights are 307,320,170. This difference is mainly explained by the presence of 478,326 treasury shares and 284,182 shares with double voting rights. This information is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
