Klépierre's Recent Share Buyback Transactions

From September 30 to October 2, 2026, Klépierre conducted transactions involving its own shares as part of a buyback program approved in May 2026. This was in line with European Regulation no. 596/2014. Over this period, Klépierre acquired a total of 75,000 shares. The transactions were executed on different markets, including XPAR and CEUX.

The daily volumes revealed that the highest number of shares, 20,800, was bought on September 30 at an average price of €35.45 on XPAR. In contrast, October 2 saw 25,000 shares purchased, split between XPAR and CEUX, at lower prices averaging €34.33 and €34.36, respectively. These transactions aim to meet future obligations related to Klépierre's free share allocation plans.
