Knorr-Bremse Reveals Ambitious Financial Outlook for 2030

Munich-based Knorr-Bremse AG has disclosed its mid-term financial goals for 2030 as part of its "Growth Beyond" strategy. By 2030, the company targets revenues of around €10 billion and an operating EBIT margin of 16%. The company also aims for a cash conversion rate exceeding 90% and a return on capital employed over 25%.

The new outlook builds on the successful execution of the BOOST strategy and strong results in Q2 2026. Previously, in July 2023, Knorr-Bremse set mid-term targets for 2026 under the BOOST strategy. The company achieved a 14.2% EBIT margin in 2026's second quarter, surpassing its goal of more than 14%.

In response to favorable developments during early 2026, Knorr-Bremse has raised its 2026 operational outlook, anticipating revenues between €8.1 and €8.3 billion and an EBIT margin of 14.0-14.5%.
