Changes in Governance and Financial Plan at Clariane
On May 14, 2025, Clariane held its Annual General Meeting. Jean-Pierre Duprieu stepped down as Chairman of the Board, replaced by Sylvia Metayer. Sophie Boissard remains Chief Executive Officer. Directors Anne Lalou and Philippe Lévêque were reappointed. Olivier Bogillot joins the Board, succeeding Dr. Jean-François Brin.
At this meeting, all 30 proposed resolutions were adopted. 71.04% of voting shares were represented. The group is also moving forward with its financial strengthening plan, with a target of €1 billion in asset sales by the end of 2025.
